From August 20 to 22, Zacatecas became the meeting point for one of our most anticipated events of the year: Service School Mexico, an annual tradition where we bring together distributors, technicians, and engineers from all across Latin America with one shared goal—learning, exchanging experiences, and growing together around what we’re most passionate about: Pierce technology.
For three intense days, the agenda focused on our iControl solutions, the foundation of all the innovation we develop. We explored iControlRemote, which allows growers to manage the machine from anywhere; iTrack, the perfect ally for system monitoring and instant alerts; iControlPump, designed to optimize pump management and water resources; and of course, iControlStandard, the panel where it all comes to life. Each of these topics was approached in a practical, hands-on way, with live installations and direct supervision from our experts—turning every session into a unique opportunity for real learning.
Beyond the theory, there was also a valuable exchange of feedback, real-world cases, and personal experiences that enriched the training. Seeing attendees interact, solve questions, and get hands-on confirmed for us that these kinds of spaces are essential to keep strengthening our community.
None of this would have been possible without the presence and leadership of our team: Regis Simier, Global Development Manager; Rodrigo Piera, Global Service Manager ; Diego Solís, Territory Sales Manager Mexico, Central America, and South Texas; Pablo Cifuentes, Territory Sales Manager South America-Pacific; Pablo Kozyra, Territory Sales Manager South America-Atlantic; Santiago Peña, Territory Service Manager Latin America ; Gerber N. Ramírez, Territory Manager Central America; and Luis Montoya, Territory Service Manager Mexico and South Texas.
We leave Zacatecas with great satisfaction, proud to have shared knowledge and confident that distributors will make the most of everything they learned in their fields and communities. From Pierce, we reaffirm our commitment: always being at the service of Latin American irrigation.
See you next year, Latin America. 🌱
