Meeting Bubba Ivey, Our Newest SE Territory Sales Manager

I began working in the irrigation industry in 1979 while farming 3500 acres with 15 center pivots. I began to expand my knowledge and experience from the farm into the Ag chemical and fertilizer industry. I also managed commodities and peanut buying and handling for a local facility.

I renewed my irrigation relationship and increased my appreciation of the center pivot industry as I was Regional Manager for two different pivot manufacturers and developed SE Territories over several years.

Now as the SE Territory Sales Manager for Pierce Corporation, my focus is on developing and supporting a viable Pierce Dealership network. My responsibilities include increasing our dealer network, supporting the Pierce Team, and educating the Pierce Dealer network as I introduce dealers to Integrity Selling concept.

Agricultural challenges are prominent today, but I remain positive about the industry’s future. It is the use of irrigation that continues to increase the yields and grades for food products that feed the world. Educating Pierce Dealers on water conservation is vital.

I am married with four children and one grandbaby. I enjoy family time, fishing, chasing sunsets and reading.
